CFC Ranking and Certification Program
No previous experience is needed to start on this journey. Each "Ranking" has a shirt color designated to it. Very much like a belt system, but each ranking is simply a way to determine the lessons, drills and concepts that you know.
The starting point of this system has an amazing amount of knowledge. Think of this level as the foundation of your house. Once you build the foundation we can then add to it and develop a system that is truly all your own. You will have your own "Jeet Kune Do" that fits you as determined by your: age, athleticism, coordination, speed, etc.
We pride ourselves on our lineage to Guro Dan Inosanto. This is how you know this program will begin with the foundation that is an absolute must: Jun Fan Gung Fu. Without it you can not learn or truly understand Bruce Lee's Jeet Kune Do.
